FTP

Due to Increased traffic on our FTP site, please follow the instructions below prior to uploading files.

 

1. Contact your Sales Rep or our Prepress department to secure an FTP Login, Password and location of our FTP Server.
2. Compile all job elements into one job folder. Label the folder with the correct job code and name.
3. Avoid compiling separate jobs into the same folder.
4. Compress the folder using a utility such as Winzip or Stuffit.
5. Once your upload is complete, send an email to prepress@colortec.ca informing us you have uploaded your files to our server. Quote the specific job folder name.

 

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in production delays and unintentional deletion of your files.

 

OBTAIN FTP ACCESS
